Dennis and our neighbor, Mike, completed the ING Half Marathon this morning. Dennis' goal was to run under a 10 minute mile for the entire 13.1 mile course - - and he did that was ease. I'm so impressed!

Congrats Dennis! I did not realize the similarity between Phelps and a giraffe! Wow that is freakish!
